A purchase, I was a bit hesitant of, not now. Great product.
Received my saw tooth guitar today, I'm verry impressed with the guitar for the money spent, it looks, feels and plays great, if saw tooth guitars makes the same guitar someday in a heritage cherry sunburst I'll buy another one, no question. I give this instrument a 👍 thumbs up.

Speaking as a Novice, It is a Nice Les Paul Knock-Off for Learning Guitar
I've owned mine for over 3 months, but have held off reviewing it until I was a bit more practiced. After practicing daily, for over 3 months, I think I can write a review. I might, in the future, give an addendum, when I am a better player.I wanted to learn on a short scale Fender Squier Stratocaster, but the one I wanted, in the color I wanted, was not available- Amazon indicated more were on the way, but I had to wait a month. As I also wanted a Les Paul knock-off, I ended up getting this Sawtooth, first. And began learning on it, first.5 Negatives, first:a) a tone knob is about an eighth of an inch raised higher than the other 3 knobs,b) a tone knob has a crack in it; not broken off, but a visible crack in the plastic. It cannot be felt to touch, and does not effect the knob's functionality,c) a volume knob does not sweep easily from 0 to 10; it rubs against the body around 5. This will scratch the finish, eventually,d) the nut adjust within the input jack on the guitar was loose, causing a short(?), or3) the included cord is cheap and may well short, as well. All of those were decidedly minor, and not reason enough to return it. If it had been a $700 guitar, I would have returned it. But a cheap learning guitar? It's fine. It's not perfect, but serves its purpose well.I think I read another reviewer comment that the "Cali Blue Flame" of the guitar was actually a lighter shade of blue than depicted in the photo. This is also true. However, it is only slightly lighter than expected, and still quite beautiful.I also bought a short scale Strat because it was supposed to have an easier-to-play, shorter fretboard, with looser string tension, thus making more comfortable action. When I received the Strat, I played it a lot more than this Sawtooth. However, when I returned to this Sawtooth, I found its action easier to play than the Strat! I don't know if that's a Les Paul-thing, or what. For a novice, this imperfect guitar is a pleasure to learn on.

Good guitar for the price!
Good guitar for the price. For beginner/intermediate players looking for a Les Paul style guitar not the Les Paul price, this guitar suits the bill. It’s lighter than a Les Paul and therefore less resonance, but nothing you can’t address with an amp. Still kinda big for younger players and would recommend a mini strat style for kids.Cons: Slight fret rattle, but that can be adressed by making adjustments to the bridge. The tuners are cheap looking fake pearl plastic, but can be easily replaced with chrome tuners for $10-$15.

Very nice lp without the big price tag
I could not believe how nice this guitar was! Finish is beautiful. The set up was good right out of the box. This is one of my favorite guitars. I have about 10 this is probably in the top 4, Right after my les Paul custom pro, Fender Strat, Ibanez, and then this one. It's just a very nice guitar. If you want a good quality Les Paul style guitar and you don't want to spend all the money this one will definitely do the trick.

Disappointing
The guitar looks great and has fantastic fret work, however it is in need of a good set up. There are dead notes on the high E, B, and G string at the 10th fret. Also, the tone and volume knobs are too tight and hard to rotate. I understand that it is a sub $300 instrument and for the money it looks great, but I bought the guitar to play and in the condition I received it I am unable to do so. I want to keep it, but I'll need to pay to have the dead notes worked on. If the issue is unable to be repaired I will be returning the guitar.

and doesn’t look like the beautiful deep blue in the sales photo
Reasonably priced Les Paul style guitar. My only complaint is the cali blue color I ordered has a greenish hue/tint to it, and doesn’t look like the beautiful deep blue in the sales photo.

Good Value.
I would rate it five stars but it came with a broken string, so we had to use the extra strings that came with it. Other than that, my son loves it!

Decent for the money.
Overall sounded good for the money. The 3 way switch is garbage. It broke after 3 days of limited use. Rather than return it I decided to replace the switch myself with a better quality one.
