its too "tactical"
Almost every tactical pant I found online is baggy and I was soo happy when I found Atlas pants. In pictures and videos it's kind of slim fit(not baggy), and looks cool and normal. Just the way i want it. And the reviews say the same: "more aggressive and tight fit than regular cargo pants".and it has stretch panels, it has to be slim fit otherwise why would it have stretch panels right?HELL NO!.It's a !@#*@#$ PARACHUTE.If you are big fella it won't appear too big but I'm not, and in this pants I look like Alladin, and I'm not even exaggerating yet, i tried wearing it and it gets in my way, it's annoyingly rubbing between legs, gets stuck on chair handlebars when trying to sit, once it even got stuck in a door when i closed it.and what part of it is tactical exactly, so when i fall off a plane it will inflate so much it will land me safely? or is it so that if needed I can shove several dudes in my pants? and what exactly are the stretch panels there for?I actually postponed ordering camping equipment to buy this abomination, thinking it would be better choice. turns out i just threw away 40$ and I'm left without equipment or pants.I wouldn't give it a bad rating if I could return it and get my money back but I can't, i don't live in US and i used freight forwarder to deliver this thing to me, and they don't offer return services so I'm stuck with this "pants". i tried selling it at the half price but nobody even contacted me. been 2 weeks already...so i give this 3 stars,I wouldn't even give it a 1 star, but i gave it 3 so that people won't thing i'm a picky as$h*le and actually read my ranting.and don't by it if you are not "big boned"... or your each leg is larger than your waist.it will make you look like a child in oversized clothing.Worst order so far.P.S Once i ordered tampons by a mistake and they were more useful than this, and i'm am a MAN.

Tactical baggy looks, not for professional use.
I work in Afghanistan in the elements and for long periods. My work demands solid clothing and boots. I had high hopes for these pants based on the reviews. Upon arrival i was happy with the weight and pocket layout. However, i noticed a lot of the panels were only single stitched. Then i tried them on... Wow, i felt like i had MC Hammers parachute pants on. The thighs were huge and the legs were really bulky from the knees down. I'm 6' 205lbs athletic build and these 36x32 pants fit very oddly. Good on waist, but a bit long and very baggy. Why have stretch panels if you have so much room built into the pants? So after the second day the leg pocket fabric tore and the stitching at rhe leg zipper gave way as well. So the stitching and rip stop fabric dont seam up to par for the demanding professional.-Be warned -I have had $24 wrangler cargo pants from walmart fit and hold up way better then these pants have. Hope this review helps.

LA Police Gear Men Teflon Coated STS Atlas Tactical Cargo Pant
Absolutely love these pants. I work in law enforcement and I am a K9 handler. These pants fit exactly how they should, they are not baggy, not too slim, and the length is spot on. I have better mobility in these pants than what I am issued and they are a lot lighter and more comfortable. I have not had them long enough to determine if there will be any color fading but will update if/when I notice any, if at all. Plus these are easier on my wallet. The stretch material around the groin and butt area is a nice feature, as I mentioned, it allows better mobility and overall movement. The majority of the pants that I have had or tried usually have Velcro on the pockets which I almost always remove anyways. I love how the rear pockets are open and keep a low profile. The multiple 'knife' pockets are always good to have and the side cargo pockets are a good size and low profile as well. The zipper, time will tell how it holds up, but so far I am liking it compared to that of Velcro cargo pockets. There is a lot of reinforced areas on the pants which I do enjoy as well; around the knees and the bottoms/heels of the pants for example. From what I have experienced so far is that they do resist water pretty decent. I haven't exposed them to any major rain fall yet but I expect they will hold up just fine. The only thing that I would change if I had the opportunity to do so is to add a little more stretch around the waist of the pants. That is the only thing I like about the 5.11 Stryke pants that I have tried that I would add to these pants. But as I mentioned, these pants fit perfectly -- comparing to most others, particularly 5.11 brand where I have to order a size up or down .. depending on the style of pant.I wish I was issued these pants and had the ability to purchase these through our allotment but sadly I do not. I will get more as needed and highly recommend this LA Police Gear Men Teflon Coated STS Atlas Tactical Cargo Pant.Edit: I have these in 32x32 navy, not the 38x36 coyote as stated in the "verified purchase" section.

Excellent Hiking and Outdoor Pants
I live in Colorado and hike often. These are ideal for that and the hunting and fishing I do. They're good looking, with logical sets of pockets. Extremely well made, seem durable and are comfortable. Despite long hours driving in them there's plenty of flex and lots of free zone flex in the crouch area. Unlike so many men's pants designed for below the waist wear they do not have 'up-the-butt-creep'.

Great pants!
Extremely comfortable pants that offers a lot of stretch so you are not limited in your movement. The breathability of those pants are making them a must for summer time

I love these pants!
I bought a bigger waist size and wear a belt because I like a more relaxed fit in the legs, but I wasn't sure if the length would be perfect. I bought a 30" length (I'm 5' 10") and the pants fit perfectly.

Compared to Jeans this product feels like you have a free range of motion.
General use, including squats etc. You'd be hard-pressed to find a pair of Jeans that: Fit Well; Cost a similar price; and *don't* tear when you try and do typical daily things.
