I got this for my 11 year old niece and she absolutely loves it! She says its so smooth and easy to ride. She loves the hand brake and also loves the fact that it folds for storage.

The disk brake rubs against the pad, and so the back wheel won't spin freely. I spent fifteen minutes trying to adjust the cable and spring tensioned bolts with no success. Honestly it's beyond my ability and infuriating that nobody at the factory could, you know, spin the tires and make sure they don't grind to a halt before shipping. There are lots of other bolts that are tight and shouldn't be adjustable. I'm not going to take the whole thing off because it's not obvious how or why it is so badly aligned. The entire brake assembly seems very poorly designed. The ridiculous number of misspellings and grammatical errors on the listing should have been enough of a warning but I liked the design and thought how bad could it be? Pretty bad. Kid's birthday present? Not happening.

Had to adjust the disc brake but after that rolled just fine great scooter

This product was nice for the first ride then my son fell due to all the bolts being lose in the front tire if u do buy one make sure u take all bolts out and put back in usuing lock tight this was very poorly put together

Well built, my daughter loves it. Wish a kickstand was incorporated, but overall it’s good.

My sons bought these scooters for use at college. The scooter did not last more than 3 months. The scooter may be good for occasional recreational use but it did not withstand the daily rigors of a college commute

First one broke within a week. I returned it thinking that “what are the chances that the next one has issues?” The replacement they sent was missing critical pieces.
