A solid productOverall: Would I suggest it if you need remote viewing capability? Yes! Definitely!This is a solid and robust product with a build to match. It is not too heavy, but still has some bulk with the batteries.I’ve had this for over a month and have a lot of good experiences with it, if the features are what you are after, I’m sure you will feel the same.In a world that is taking out ports and ever changing them, I appreciate that they add extras here, for their idea of future/more compatibility.The extra antenna is a nice feature just in case one breaks, where I won’t have to contact the company.Sending to mobile devices is a huge bonus here.The fan noise isn’t huge, but one should be aware of.So many cool features that are usually available on monitors, but now available right on the phone, such as recording snippets, or stripping patterns. I don’t have those on my DSLR, so it is great to be able to have added feature bonuses like that.The recording mode and ability to create screenshots and draw on them is really cool.Overall: jam-packed with a ton of features in not huge unit, with lots of compatibility built in.Would I recommend this if you want the features? For Sure!

I loved it, very easy to use, I connected it to a blackmagic Design and it works perfectly in the church, the battery lasts for 3 hours.

Used this for a live broadcast - and used every bit of the 400 foot range that is described. Didn't have a single dropped frame in the hour long broadcast. I had expected some as we moved around a lot. The units sync/link up with each other so they are really ready to go out of the box. Pretty pleased with my investment. Very low latency - but since our audio was riding the HDMI from the camera, the audio still was in sync with the video. Batteries that come with it seem to last long - we had it running for 2 hours and it was still going - so not sure how long they last. The only thing I don't like is that the battery level is given in volts - rather than a battery full/empty indicator level so I'm not sure how the voltage on the screen transposes to when it will stop running. Units are metal housing - not plastic. Lastly, not sure if it was a mistake or not, but there was an 'extra' antenna included in the package. Would definitely recommend this product.

First impression: solid product well done.One extra antenna - might be useful.The battery is quite large - OK for me: I want an extended working time.I will return after several shoots.It will be nice to have a belt for it (in my case I will use it with a small wearable camera) and a customized carrying box.

I purchased this to replace my Hollywood 400S, When using the transmitter and receiver do unit worked flawlessly. But when using the HollyView most recent HollyView app with my iPad Pro running iOS 15.3.1. The app randomly quits and reboot my iPad multiple times per day. I need it to work on my 2 iPads. For that reason I’m returning it and I’m looking at another manufacturer., maybe Accsoon CineEye

With COVID-19 in mind, I needed a way to spread the signal from my monitors to many more places on our sets to help keep people socially distant. Having multiple monitors and iPads mirroring what's displayed on my tech screen is a HUGE help.As you can see in the picture, I had a laptop running an image to one connected monitor. I then used a splitter to send that signal to the Hollyland, which had a receiver connected to another monitor, and then to two iPads. With another 2 iPads that I COULD add to this setup! Awesome!

It’s my tenth year in music video production and I bet the Mars 400s Pro is incredible. I can never exhaust the range. Smooth transmission from my BMPCC 6k Pro to a client monitor is awesome. I’m not going onset without it. Medaase , Thank you :)

Just wanted others to see what's included in this package at the time that I purchasedFirst thing i noticed is there is no taxes to be paid on this product(at least in canada, in the province of Quebec). Second the product details are not really included, so i was not sure what type of chargers and batteries this kit cam with. Shipping was also very quick, it was sent out a day and half after the order.I have attached photos of the extra items that came with the package. ( not pictured is a pergear screen cleaning cloth)-Batteries seem cheap but i have not really tested them for too long.- Chargers use a micro USB to USB A, so you need a charging brick to use them etc- Pergear cold shoe elbows seem sturdy and well builtUpdate: I have been using the 400s for a weeks now, the batteries last between 3-4 hours when used on the Transmitter. I have not tested them on the Receiver yet, it has been plugged into an AC power supply.USB Chargers take between 2-3 hours to completely charger up from under 10% battery life.Update 2: Used the 400s with the batteries again, only seem to get 2-2.5 hours out of them. 400s are working really well with no issues at the moment.

Wir haben die Video- Funkstrecke mal so zum Versuch kurzfristig zu einem Live- Mitschnitt dazu bestellt.Wir hatten quasi gerade so noch Zeit, das Paket auszupacken, an die Kamera zu stecken und anzufangen. Es funktionierte super! Selbst die Akkus waren fast voll!Da wir ein Gimbal mit Face- Tracking Funktion (also mit Handy oben drauf) im Einsatz hatten, wurde der Sender einfach in die hintere Hosentasche vom Kamera- Mann gesteckt. Der Empfänger wurde im Dach vom Pavillon befestigt, um etwas Höhe zu erreichen. Wir konnten keine Dropouts feststellen.Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht, der Empfänger spuckt einfach die Auflösung heraus, die beim Sender anliegt. Die Geräte finden sich auch selbstständig. Fertig.Wir hatten beim Mitschnitt diverse WLAN Netze (auch im 5GHz Bereich) vor Ort, um Tonanlage, Licht u.a. zu steuern, nichts hat sich gegenseitig gestört. Vor Ort waren ca. 200 Gäste, die sicher nicht alle ihr Handy im Flugmodus hatten. Dennoch kein Problem.Wir "sparen" schon für die nächste Strecke, -dann können wir schreiben, wie sich mehrere davon gleichzeitig beim Dreh so machen.

I love this product we use it for church livestream with 3 other cameras using HDMI cords but it’s in sinc with no latency at all.I have been using it for a month with no problems would buy more with no doubt perfect quality

Love this product works amazing.I also use a different transmitter receiver and when the Hollyland is being used at the same time as the different brand i use the hollyland 400 S just changes to a different channel producing amazing video.Didn't see any latency when using product with a video mixer.
