Excellent Product at a Very Good Price
This is a well-designed product that exceeded my expectations. I have a Cannondale mountain bike with an unusual frame. I was pleased that the Sportneer rack adjusted to accommodate my favorite ride. It was also easy and straightforward to assemble. The provided mounting hardware worked great for my concrete block walls. An added plus is that it provides a great way to work and adjust my bike's components. Great job Sportneer.

Very good bike holder
I like this holder, it’s easy to install and assemble, however the screws and nuts comes with it does not work as you see in the pics, the nuts are very light and strip easy, I had to go to the hardware store and buy heavy duty once, beside this the holder is very good quality and can hold 50 Ib bike easy

Versatile, well-priced rack with some flaws
Overall, this is the best rack I've found for my purposes, but it could be improved.- The product is over-engineered in places and under-engineered in others (example: two small screws attach the horizontal bar to the tilt mechanism. There is a larger bracket covering it that will keep your bike from falling should the screws fail, though).- There are quality issues (see photos). I did not use any of their fasteners. Replacement cap screws in the correct size are shown in photos (~$4 from Home Depot).- The wall-mounted post extends enough to use this as a rudimentary repair rack. The forces on the tiny mounting base can be huge, though. I would like to see a larger base with a supporting gusset. For the price this is a fine rack, though I would rather pay a little more to have an improved product.

Need for ugly block of wood
Overall, this is a solid bike hanger (using it for a 27lb bike). 3 stars due to 2 things. First, a piece that goes on the back of one of the hooks wasn’t machined very well. I couldn’t remove it to assemble the rack (the other one was fine which let me know this was a defect). After banging at it with a flathead and a hammer, I was able to remove it, however it still needs to connect again when assembling onto the main component so that was also very difficult and couldn’t be done 100% (which means one hook is properly fixed in position and the other is loose). The second thing to note, and likely more relevant to most people, is that you do have to first screw in a board or a piece of wood into your wall before mounting this. That is aesthetically not cool. The spacing for the screws on the mount are too far apart to get them all on a stud so you might get away with screwing in 2 of the 3 into a stud, but I wouldn’t risk that. The nice images shown on the page don’t show a board, but one of the closeups does. That picture doesn’t do it justice because it looks pretty ugly with a clean white wall and a random block of wood behind your bike. It’s still a good hanger but there are other good ones in the same price point that fit on a stud without the need for a block of wood.

Use your own screws
Works well after you use your own screws. When I was trying to screw into a stud the screws that came with it broke. The head twisted right off and I spent more time trying to get them out of the wall than anything. After a few failed attempts, I grabbed my own screws and they were installed in minutes.

it is hanging out
no problems at all. all hardware provided for installation looks good. I used concrete bolts. One recommendation when you are putting it into concrete do not over do it with the hole. Had a bit of an issue when bolts were too deep for the nut to grab on. Nothing I could not manage, but if any negative that was the only one.

Looks Great, Works well
It would have been nicer to have a version that allows you to mount direclty into studs and I would say the product is a little over-priced. It doesn't quite hold my bikes perfectly level, but the average eye wouldn't notice. Overall, it looks so much more aesthetically pleasing to have the bikes wall-mounted. Not to mention the save-of-space. And these mounts seem sufficiently sturdy.

Nice hanger. Cannot hang on stud. You will need a backer board
I like this hanger. I use it to hang my mountain bike. See included photos. One thing you need to know, is that this wall mount will not work on just one stud. It will also not work by using the included sheet rock anchors. I tried to do that and it didn't have enough strength to hold up my bike. The only way that I could get it to work is by using a backer board that I screwed into two different studs and then attached the wall mount to that backer board. You will need to pre-drill the holes too. The included screws are pretty flimsy and will break without a pre-drilled hole.

Good sturdy rack
This mount is sturdy and of very good quality. Only drawback I found was the wall anchors and screws received with the package. They just don’t have the strength to hold the rack. Had to use plumbing screws to hold the rack securely

Good quality mount. It saved a lot of space.
The media could not be loaded. The mount is of good quality and light weight. It is also very easy to install if you have a drilling machine. The only draw back is the quality of wall bolts.

Nice , sturdy and comfortable

Good build quality. But it takes more space as the minimum distance from the wall required is more.
Light weight and sturdiness
