This is the Original Myristin® CM / CMO Myristin® cetyl myristoleate (also known as CMO or CM) was discovered by Harry W. Diehl. Diehl took a fatty acid, myristoleic acid, and combined it with a fatty alcohol molecule, cetyl alcohol, creating an ester of that fatty acid called cetyl myristoleate. Diehl's laboratory experiments on CM were published in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences in March, 1994. Myristin® brand CM/CMO is Diehl's original product, and it is cis-9-cetyl myristoleate, the substance used in Diehl's oft cited research that appeared in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences in March 1994. It is also the substance used in a 32-week, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial by Siemandi, MD, PhD (et al) that is often cited. Myristin® CM / CMO Suggested Protocol: One course may be enough for some individuals. Research has indicated better satisfaction when used in conjunction with supportive nutrients for cartilage health (specifically, the ingredients in ReJoin High Potency Joint Support that was designed as a companion product). Those individuals who do not have success with CM usually just need to take it for a longer period of time; research indicates that the effectiveness of one course varies across individuals. There are no confirmed reports of adverse side effects with Myristin®, nor have there been any reported interactions with other medications or natural substances.

Arthritis in my hip, elbows & wrists
I was involved in a car accident 20 years ago (age 40) and dislocated my hip, both elbows and both wrists. Arthritis set into my hip the worst. 5 years after the accident, I could not run with my daughter who was in track. 13 years after the accident, I was limping and dragging one leg behind me by the afternoon. Drs would prescribe pain killers or surgery. I searched for a joint supplement that would heal the wounds without side effects or surgery. I tried many, and they were insufficient for my pain. I started the CMO and within a few weeks I could move better. My hip rarely bothers me and my elbows and wrists are completely healed. Recently I found that I can run again!I was working on a widow friend's house. She had just lost her husband, and his dog was in extreme pain. It was so severe that he would just lay and shake from the pain. She thought she would have to have him put down, and the emotion of losing her husband and his dog was terrible. I mentioned taking CMO for my arthritis, and she asked about the dog taking it. She started taking it and giving it to the dog. I worked on the house for about 6 weeks. By the end of the time there, the dog would run up to my truck and want to play with me when I got to the house.A word of caution to users. Caffeine reduces the usefulness of this product. It worked for me in 2 weeks !
I have only been taking this for 2 weeks and already I feel some much needed relief. I have severe osteorthritis of the left knee and have been recomended for a total knee replacement operation. Due to my job I really can't take 5-8 weeks off right now, so I'm making by with supplements and NSAIDs. This supplement has really made a change. I have cut back on the number of Tylenol from 8 a day to 2 a day. I can sleep better and the morning stiffness is not as bad and does not last as long. I have tried other products but sooner or later my body becomes tolerant to them and they wont work anymore. Hopefully this supplement is different, but so far so good !

choose another CMO product, not this one
I have used other CMO products and this one does not warrant the extra cost, in fact I do not think this one is as effective as the ones that are half the cost.

Fellin Better
The stiffness in the mornings are gone. Have been taking this supplement on and off for about 10 years.I do reccomend this product to my friends in need.

Its OK, for joint pain & 'inflammation'.I tried it, & decided to go back to another brand, because the other brand seems to help more.Maybe be better for others.

best joint supplement I have used, I have recommended it to friends w/ success ! goodbye knee pain! Better than a knee replacement I believe ! 4 caps a day till pain goes away then consume the rest of bottle
