Updated.I've been taking 1 every day. Works pretty well for regularity without stomach aches.The 1st 2 days I was impatient. This med is not for immediate results unless you're fine with feeling pretty sick for a day.-----On the 2nd day I took a few chews over 2 or 3 hours the 2nd morning finally did it.The first day I tried one in morning 1 in evening. Nothing. Happened.However, the next day I had the idea to try a bigger dose to see if anything could happen. I'm still feeling it a whole day later. My stomach is angry, grumbling, and turning over. This isn't great for me at all. This med either doesn't work or works too much.Tastes and chews like candy; very fun to eat. But I'll not be taking these again.

Took 2 chews. They only worked a little, but it only took an hour, but then cramps after that.

I'm never going back to the liquid milk of magnesia!! I couldn't drink it down anymore no matter the flavor-even tried mixing it with chocolate milk. But these chews are as effective as the liquid. They are individually wrapped (1 chew = 15 ml m.o.m.) & great to take with you when traveling. It's like chewing a soft piece of gum that disintegrates.

Everyone is a different, so I'll share my experienceAbout 2 hours after taking, I got hideously nauseous, tried to vomit for some relief, was sweating like crazy, and was suddenly exhausted beyond anything I've experienced. I also felt a very impending need to need to defecate, but nothing came of it. I looked up side effects. Yep, all there.3.5 hours later, I'm slightly nauseous, can at least communicate again, and my bowels have gone back to nada.Absolutely horrible experience, and it's better, but definitely not over. Oh yeah, big time dry mouth.Fun.
