Used in situations where spillage might occur, metal decks are especially beneficial when installed over metal grilles and expanded mesh. Metal decks are simply installed over open grille or expanded mesh with saddle assemblies, or with the use of Tek screws over perforated steel surfaces. For concrete it can be installed using our sealant or concrete anchors. External escape routes are easily identified by the use of Deck Mark on Metal Deck which offers firm footing under all conditions whilst permanently indicating the shortest escape path. All layers are hand laminated (not sprayed) and Cured at Optimum Temp & Humidity (no oven use), Resistant to: all solvents, petroleum products and acid solutions. 20 mesh aggregate of Silicone Carbide (SIC), Mohs hardness rating of 9.2-9.5.
