We showed our employees how to use the palm feature correctly (spread fingers and back the hand away from the lens) and it works every time. This machine is a life saver! It’s so easy to setup!

Works great for a hotel. Once we called our internet provider to make this a "whitelist item" so it does not have to logged into the wifi everyday., it works perfect, the only complaint I have is sometimes the palm reads as other people palms, which could cause an issue. Other than that we have no complaints! The customer support is FANTASTIC. I accidently threw away the wall bracket, and reached out to purchase a new one, and Georgia from customer support had one shipped to me within a few days! I was very impressed!

We are a small company of only 10 people. We have 6 technicians in the field and 4 office staff.We needed a time keeping solution that was flexible. This unit is great several different ways to clock in out. Finger print face id palm id and swipe cards. You can also click in and out using an app. Works well for our needs. You do have to pay a subscription fee. But its much cheaper than tsheets and the reports are easy to use and understand.

I liked the installation process, and the small foot print, but the customer service help was horrible. Even after doing exactly what they recommended I was unable to use this system. The key code they gave me synced the first time, but them it would not allow me to access this product after that. I am pretty tech savvy but this product I truly cannot recommend. I bought this product for the low monthly charge as I only have 3 employees. In the end I cannot access the system so my recommendation is to NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
