Q: How do we get our money back??? This made both of my cats sick!

I'm surprised. I think it's awesome food. Perhaps you got a bad batch or perhaps your cats are allergic to one of the ingredients.

Q: Did anyone ever check with the company to see if the formula changed? My cats liked the first bag, but hate the second.

My cat is doing the same thing. He was raised on this cat food since birth, and the breeder ONLY fed her Bengal cat's this dry food only. My first bag of 5 lb, he ate. I bought the 14 lb bag, And he has decided he doesn't like it. He won't even eat it. Left it in his bowl for 48 hours. He went hungry. So bought him a different dry food.

Q: Every time I order this food, the zipper at the top is sealed so hard, I cannot pull it open. How do you open the bag so that it is resealable?

I wish I could help. I had one bag that had the same problem. I have not had any issues with the rest of the bags I have ordered. Just in case though I open my new bag before discarding the old one. If I have a problem I will transfer to the old bag and reuse it.

Q: Are there organ meats in the chicken and turkey recipe?

The ingredients list is available on the listing page. No organ meats are listed. It's awesome cat food- got my kitties off to a good start.
