This simple EMS kit feels on the more budget end of things to me. The construction of the main parts with the gel pads is very minimal, they are essentially thin sheets of plastic, and feel like they are designed to be disposable.The gel pads gripped better to their protective film than they do to my skin, but they do actually grip ok to some extent. The main issue I have while using this is that the plastic backing catches on everything because even though it is thin it is not very flexible, so the edges that protrude beyond the gel don't contour to body shape. It's useable but not really while doing anything else, maybe while statically watching TV.The actual electrical stimulation works well and goes up to levels I would describe as uncomfortably high, so that's good.Overall I'd say it's ok in terms of operation, but it is a bit awkward, and I don't feel like it is going to last any length of time.

They don't stick properly. Cheap rubbishYou get what you pay for. Just don't try and save money buy the proper ones

Thought I would give this ago see if it gives me anything lol had it afew dayscits very easy and straightforward to set up the only thing I would say is I don't think it's very sticky I have found it difficult to get them to stick to my skin it works well and has got some kick to it when on a high setting think it's a long time process not a week so I'm going to continue using this not bad value for money and ok quality
