This barley malt syrup was the perfect ingredient to add to my bagel dough! Also added a large splash to the water to boil the bagels in. Bagels taste amazing!

One Open Jar
I ordered two jars, but one was open and leaking in the box so I had to throw it away. Apparently I can't get it replaced. The one that was sealed is fine.

Both jars leaked and were stuck to the bubble rap. They need to seal their jars better. As for the product. I’ve used their competitors in the past I would think this product is equally good

Purchased to use to make bagels with, turned out great.

Need to change the quality.
I don't like this product at all . The color is too dark and the taste is bitter like over cooked , not sweet and condensed like the the malt syrup I used. I made mistake since I can't return it.

No contact allowed
The product itself was great for making bagels. Problem was the one jar was broken and there was no way of contacting the seller. This has become an issue with third party sellers lately on Amazon.

Why is loud that wad not opened yet is leaking down jar??
Got this last week and today when I was straighten my pantry found one of bottles leaked all over my shelf??? Not to happy about this..hope second one doesn't not do it as I have not had chance to use it yet!!!
