They are a smaller fit, im usually a 9/9.5 and needed a size 10. They arent waterproof in case ur working outdoors in them but are very comfortable and lightweight.

No, not steel toe capped. Comfy but not that long lasting, the sole came off mine after three months. They were very comfortable though.

Q: UK size 5 women's shoe, what size would be suitable in this tactical boot?

Afraid they are small sizes compared to English size. I cud not wear them but selective was happy with them.
