Vitamin D tablets
These tablets will meet your daily requirements.I personally purchased these as they are free of things like sugar ,wheat lactose and various other things .i was recommended to get some vitamin D by my doctor.

May give you a stomach ache: check ingredients
One (or more) of the ingredients gave me stomach pains, which didn't go away after a few days so I stopped taking the tablets. Ingredients are listed (with no punctuation) as: Calcium Phosphate Microcrystalline Cellulose Acacia Vitamin D3 (400iu) 10ug (Plant Cholecalciferol Prep.) Stearic Acid Magnesium Stearate. Never had a reaction or side effect to anything, so didn't realise what it was at first. But pains started when I started taking the pills and stopped soon after I stopped taking them.Why can't you leave zero stars? I've come across this before and it's extremely annoying. Remember that 1-star reviews are probably 0-star reviews in disguise.

Vitamin D tablets
Well they are just vitamin D tablets in a bottle my dog has now manged to get hold of and chew the outside and lid from ( no luckily he didn't get any of the tablets/contentts inside etc! Let's see if they have any health beenfits in thelong term or not.

Vegan and ethical and helpful to a vegan diet
There is no actual flavour but fact they help me get vital nutrients needed is good enough for me so will most probably buy more if price is right.

Ideal daily intake during winter months
Firstly fast delivery service. Not too large tablets and the correct amount of vitamin D per day especially whilst not sufficient sunlight to do the job. Will buy again as required

Product/ tablets arrived were broken.
I guess the product is fine and does the job but it was a bad experience for me that some of the tablets were broken in the plastic container. They were broken into pieces and there were lots of chalk like powder in the container. I was told that I have a vitamin D deficiency and should take tablets for it.So I opted for these tablets being vegan and free of other staff but it was disappointing. I sent it back as it didn't satisfy the need and wasn't presentable enough as it came in a plastic container without a paper box. I am into less packaging but perhaps it would have protected the container and the tablets better.
