These are an excellent product.I make tea with them.

Juniper tea is a piney treat that can address some health issues -- although it also needs to be taken with care, so that it doesn't CAUSE health issues. Juniper berries have plenty of antioxidants and they can help with inflammation. And I like the taste of these used as a tea. The dried berries here are in good shape and are flavorful.To make tea, you just add some berries (like a tablespoon for a whole pot of tea) to hot water and let it steep for a bit. I like chilling it in the summer. Given that I got this ginormous bucket and you don't need that many berries to make tea, I will be looking up cooking recipes as well.Happy with these and my juniper tea.

The 1-gallon bucket size is perfect for someone who uses juniper berries frequently or loves to experiment with different recipes. It provides a generous supply that will last me quite a while.The only reason I didn't give it a full 5-star rating is that I found the bucket's lid a bit challenging to secure properly, which can sometimes lead to minor spills.
