I noticed the manufacturing date on the bottom was April 2022 and the directions read that the shelflife is good for two years but it’s already over two years old and it’s non-returnable even though I haven’t opened it and don’t plan to.

I like that this product focuses on women's health needs (with urinary and vaginal health). Along with a good list of pre- and probiotics for a proprietary blend of 20 billion CFU, this also contains 200mg turmeric rhizome extract, 100mg cranberry fruit extract, 50mg guar gum, and 20mg of chicory root.Prior to starting this supplement, I took a separate supplements for both turmeric and cranberry, so this cuts down the amount of pills I've had to take (which is nice). I also LOVE that it requires no refrigeration so I can take it with me. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no flavor, and each bottle contains 60 capsules for a 30-day supply at two per day.This contains no wheat, soy, salt, eggs, dairy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, added sugars or shellfish. It's vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free and nut-free as well. Made in the USA.

I love that this is a combination of pre-and pro-biotics geared toward women with the inclusion of turmeric and cranberry for management of GI inflammation and urinary health/prevention of UTIs.However, I find the current price of ~$35 to be exorbitant, so I will not be purchasing this again. If this was a 2-month supply with instructions for use being 1 capsule day instead of 2, this would be much more cost-effective.I’ve been taking these pills for about 2 weeks and I'm not sure t the effectiveness - it’s hard to judge. I haven’t noticed any specific benefits… but on the other hand, I haven't had any adverse effects with these either. They come in a capsule form which I’ve been taking without food. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I don’t notice any taste or smell.Some people might find the price to be acceptable, especially those who are looking for a specialized vegan formula, so it’s up you if you feel the price is worth it.

I take antibiotics daily for acne, which means I often have digestive issues. I have been taking probiotics daily for a while now, and I’ve tried many different brands. I think my body finally got used to a name brand, so I’ve been trying others on Amazon. This is one of the best I’ve tried. I take a probiotic after I eat supper, which means I should have to go to the bathroom by bedtime. This probiotic worked its magic in two hours! I felt very good after using this product. Keep in mind, when using probiotics, they make you urgently need to go to the bathroom within hours, so take them when you plan to be home! This one has extra ingredients for women, which is nice because the ones I normally take are for digestion only.
