Valentia Organic Moroccan Argan Oil 4 Ounce

This stuff is seriously AMAZING! I use this in the morning after I wash my face because it absorbs better than the Rosehip oil which I use at night before bed. This oil has a very pure and simple smell. It definitely doesn't have super pleasant or fragrant smell to it but if you read up on argan oil, it isn't supposed to smell all that great. Good quality oil should have a very light earthy smell which is what this oil has. I massage one pump of this oil into my face for about 1-2 minutes after washing my face in the morning and then spray a little of the Valentia Rose Water on my face to help minimize my pores. I have seen a HUGE difference in my skin since beginning this routine. My skin actually glows! My acne has decreased significantly and is much more manageable with much smaller and less frequent blemishes. Seriously, I could not be happier with this line of products. I have a feeling I will be a lifetime customer and advocate for this product.

This stuff smells like dung. I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s supposed to smell like. Feels good on my skin. I like my face to look oily.

I have to say I am totally in love with this company. I first purchased the rose water. That stuff is amazing. This Argan oil also did not disappoint. The smell is beautiful in and of itself. Very clean and not over powering at all. The oil is very silky and smooth. There is no oily feeling after like with several other types of oils I have used. My skin is e trembly dry, especially in the winter from the cold dry air. After using this oil just once I could totally tell an immediate difference. My skin went “ahhhhhhhh” and was happy. I applied it before going to bed. When I woke up the next morning my skin still felt hydrated which is almost unheard of for me. I am not a woman who typically has a skin care or beauty routine of any kind much. I’m a mom of three very hyper, busy, strong minded ladies. I don’t have time for most of that. These products make me want to continue using them over and over again.I also want to add that I found it very pleasing that the company helps fund programs that educate women. I researched the woman’s collective a little after reading the label. They help educate women in health issues, birth and pregnancy and breastfeeding, equality and parenting. Not only does this companies products help me feel good about myself but it helps educate women of the world. The products are also made in the USA which is another plus for me.

I just received my order of Valencia Argan oil and was I was excited to try it. So i washed my hair and proceeded to put a small amount in my hair following the directions. When I put it my hair it was very very greasy and other Argan oils I have used are not, 2ndly the smell was so bad it smelled rancid! I was dying I didn't want to wash my hair all over again I had to leave to an appt. I don't know what is wrong with this stuff but it is horrible! I am so disappointed.Back to the "M" brand it is so superior!

This seems like it ought to be a fantastic product, but it smells TERRIBLE. Two stars for the packaging.

First of all, I really like multi-use products. So, from the beginning I had high hopes for this oil. While I use it in my hair from time to time (I'll admit not much since I'm a mom and in the military so my hair is literally in a bun 24/7 except for when I'm in the shower), I mostly use this argan oil on my face. I don't have bad skin by any means but I still like to take care of it. I use Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap on my face in the shower and lemme tell you - that stuff BURNS (but in a good way - I love it). As soon as I get out of the shower (with my super duper clean face) this stuff feels AMAZING to put on. It is so smooth and soothing on my skin, without causing any discoloration of any sort. I've bought some for my little sister and she's reported similar results + her face clearing up.

I ordered this argan oil for my very dry skin in the wintertime. I must say it works better than I had anticipated. It's a silky smooth texture and rubs on easily without being greasy. You can feel it on your skin but it is not oily it is rather velvety texture. I love that this product is vegan. The company supports the change for women collective and I like supporting both of these things. The packaging is high quality and pretty as well.The smell of this oil is different than any other skin care product I have used. It reminds me of barnyard of freshly shorn sheep, earthy, with fresh hay type of scent. I happen to love this smell but maybe others won't.

I have bought two other brands of argan oil from Amazon and this is by far the best. It is the smoothest, least greasy, absorbs well on the skin, and has nice scent that makes me know this is argan oil (one other brand had no smell which is suspect). Use it on myself and my 10 y.o. kids to help prevent them from getting pimples (so far, no pimples since they started washing regularly and using this oil). Wash my face, then sometimes will use aloe vera gel, then the argan oil, then lotion. Use it morning and night because I have dry skin that is worse in the winter. Works well under makeup.
