Fabulously product as helps with sleep
This stuff is AMAZING! really helps you sleep, tastes polish, bit like grass! But it is worth it as it really has made a difference to me dropping off to sleep & having a full night's sleep. Highly recommend.

I didn't expect this to be so effective but when I don't take it, I literally feel a difference. The quality of sleep is much better and you're more rested. It's a shame that it's quite pricey and also doesn't last a month, I'd say about 20 days with 5g scoop. It's worth the investment i'd say.
