If you’re looking for a great all around vibration plate grab this one. 3 different places to stand for mild lymphatic stimulation, to a little bit more vibration as though you might be jogging then to the widest stance for a more vigorous vibration similar to a run. It’s pretty quiet, quality is spot on and the 3 different stances and 10 different levels of intensity make it very functional. I use it at my standing desk as well as moving it to our home gym for workouts.

I’ve always wanted to use one of these. It’s nice to have to use while catching up on a recorded show and your not just sitting on the couch

But It HURTS.. i mean really when i use it i can feel ALL the muscles in my body flopping around like i'm a rag doll! and The next morning.. yikes! AND to top it all off i'm gonna have to buy new clothes because these seem to be stretched out by all the jiggling! ---

I bought it for my daughter. She loves it. Uses it 3 times a week

We have been using this for about two weeks and it has helped my wife's leg swelling a lot.She's 200 pounds and I'm 385 and it works for us.

Excellent product

This product is huge and heavy, so pick a spot and leave it there. I haven’t noticed any changes while using it, so don’t know that this is anything other than a short lived hype product. When I use it my legs feel a bit wobbly but that’s because the vibration is strong. There’s quite a few levels of vibration to choose from. The product itself is well built and works well, and is easy to operate, I just don’t know that it really does anything.
