Well if the saying "the things in life that are good for you always taste and smell bad" is true, then these must be amazing for you!.. They are huge!, the size of a 50p, have a kind of 'sewer green' colour to them and smell what i reckon mus be very similar to a sewer..I will attempt to start taking them but so far opening the bottle has made my stomach turn so as yet i am unable to see if they work, I will keep trying and if after a few weeks there is any difference i will update my review.For now all i can really say is if you have a weak stomach then you may have a hard time with these. I don't usually have an issue like this but the smell of these is soo strong i'm finding it very hard this time.Arrived in a sealed bottle and packaged well in estimated time.

Spirulina has a lot of healthy uses, but it klis know that is a great protection for the liver.It is easy to swallow with no specific flavour.Great value for money!Highly recommend it!
