This thing is fantastic! Is the perfect size and got it with the stand which I love! Perfect for whole body or just to sit in front of it for 25-30min for each area you want to target. So far it’s been a dream and has worked perfectly. I feel and see a difference with my face/neck area and even my lower back which I also use this for. My back pain has been almost nonexistent. Great RLT panel and super easy to put panel and stand together. I’ve recommended this product to several people now and it was recommended to me by my back doctor. Worth the $$!

After just a week of daily use at 20 minutes I have noticed my skin become more even toned, my dark spots are fading on my face, people say my skin looks great. I noticed on my legs too the skin is smoother. The tower is a perfect size too, it covers my entire body for a full body therapy session, done in 20 minutes. I have gone to a wellness center for red light therapy for the last few years so the initial investment in this product will easily save me money in the long run. The panel is very sturdy and comes with a stand and sunglasses to protect your eyes. You can select red light therapy or infrared therapy or a combination using both and there is a timer to easily control your sessions. I have used red light therapy in the past for inflammation in my knees and pain management but also excited to see if it helps with overall skin health and weight loss.

I had a 1/2 body red light therapy device for the longest time and got tired of moving it up and down to cover both my lower body and my upper body.After a lot of searching for a secondary panel, I found this device! I decided to buy it because it seemed like the best bang for my buck, while still being a high-quality panel. The panel fits nicely below my original panel. Now I can cover both my upper body and (most) of my legs at the same time! I have my first panel hanging on the wall, and then have this one on the floor, leaning against the wall. Seems to work great.Pros- Red light AND NIR- easy to turn on and off- never had any issues with itCons- will only cover a portion of your body, but that's expected when getting this size panel
