So far I’ve had lemon lime and currently on the raspberry. Absolutely love the flavors. It has a sour taste which some people may not like but I find it very good. I don’t taste any bitterness or chalky texture. It also dissolves instantly. It helps me improve my weight lifting and gives me that boost. It does take time to work so don’t expect to see immediate results which is what a lot of people think they can expect with this stuff. 1-2 weeks in is when I started feeling a difference lifting weights but it gets better the longer you take it. You need to take it every day to build it up in your body. I’ve read through a lot of reviews saying the container was half empty which means they have no idea how servings are. It says 64 or 100 servings depending on which serving size you buy and that’s what you get. Doesn’t matter if the container is half empty (that’s how almost everything is packaged with extra room). Those servings are in there which is all that matters and I know it looks like not much is in there but whether you choose 64 or 100 servings, that’s what will be in there. Make sure to level your scoop so you get the accurate amount. If you just scoop a heap out each time then obviously it’s going to not come out as many servings as it says. So you do get your moneys worth. I will never use another brand. I do not bloat (everything bloats me but this doesn’t) and it’s very easy on the stomach.

Works great and you don’t have to take as much.It kinda has a slight sour taste taste nut it’s not bad at all.No bloating feeling at all. It dissolves as you would expect and mixes well with any drink you want to too.I would recommend to anyone.

My son really likes this creatine. He didn’t want anything too intense or over-the-top, so this has been a good balance between getting a supplement and making healthy choices.He loves the pineapple and raspberry flavors and just mixes it with water—no need to add anything else. It’s been an easy option that works well for him.

I take a lot of vitamins every morning - including the capsule version of this same creatine.I decided this time around to switch it up and try the drinkable form - I figured I could use it to take my other vitamins, and get some hydration in. I went for the lime, since it usually hides other flavors pretty well and I like tart citrus.It mixed well and dissolves easily, with no clumps using just a spoon. It might be because I am doing 3 spoonfuls for my serving size, but it tastes a little like a melted lime freezer pop with a major medicinal after taste and I wasn't a big fan after drinking it for a few days.Taste is subjective so I can't knock it too much, and I know the creatine works after taking it in the other form daily for 6 months or so.Will probably try another flavor once I'm done with this tub, but just continuing taking the capsules might actually be easier (and cheaper)

Best creatine I have tried thus far! Also the only one that doesn't make me feel bloated. It dissolves pretty easily in liquids, but I would recommend mixing it separately before adding other things like protein powder. I think this is a great option, especially at the price point. I am loving the benefits and finally feel good about taking this everyday.

Taste great and doesnt cause bloating. I do jiujitsu and I have strength when I roll and I recover quickly. I strongly recommend this if you do intense workouts. The mono creatine tasted really bad and got me really bloated. But this is delicious and kinda taste like lemonade. This product actually works and benefits the body.
