I have used this product as a protein supplement for many years it helps me to maintain my weight. I enjoy adding fruit to the vanilla flavor. It tastes better than many of the other protein shakes I have tried. It is pretty expensive but I save the shipping fee by ordering on Amazon.

This is a healthy meal replacrment. It is filling and delicious...for losing weight, it is low calorie. In general, it can be a good base for protein shakes. ...it can be used as a nutritious additive to baked goods, oatmeal, cereal, etc...in fact my my husband likes to add a little to his coffee!

This vanilla shake tastes great. Add water and a little ice and it’s great. Individual packets are cost effective and efficient. Bought a single serving blender and the process takes less than two minutes.Will be buying again.

Great Product, However BAD DELIVERY SERVICE! My HMR protein mix was delivered to another area! Thank God the person who received my order drove it to my house.

HMR shakes are a great meal replacement for anyone on a restricted calorie intake. I use it for breakfast with fresh fruit mixed in. Also, I use the chocolate’hot’ as a way to change it up.
