I love that I can interchange with other similar tools. I use on 4 different tools. I have 3 batteries so my wife and I can both be using different tools at the same time and still have a battery on charger as backup. It's a relatively heavy battery, but very durable.

We have only owned the battery for about 1 month now. We bought a leaf blower and this was the battery that came with it. The convenience of portability is wonderful. Just grab and go. My wife even uses it. First off it is heavy. I recommend using a shoulder strap depending on the device. This is the same battery for certain electric mowers. I would also recommend buying a second battery and this is why. Batteries are constantly changing in design. They don't last like you might think. Plus you really don't want to get halfway through your project only to have it die on you. I have not used this longer than a half hour at this point but our yard is plenty big enough to do more esp. With leaves in the fall. Amazon had the battery itself at a great price a week back so that's when I purchased a second backup battery. They are not cheap. The charger is a rather large base and you push the battery in it vertically. A fan kicks on and a light blinks to let you know that it's charging. I may adjust my review as time goes on but right now we purchased it mainly due to ease of use.

Nice to have a back up battery. Expensive but worth it. Green works products are excellent.

I bought this battery back in October 2020 for my Greenworks Backpack blower after running out of power clearing our long driveway and sidewalk paths and it work great until it didn't. Now it will not take a charge while the battery that came with the blower is still going strong. So today, 10/16/23 I called Greenworks customer support; gave them (Mike) the serial number, model # and date of manufacture along with my Amazon order # and date of purchase and was told I would have a new battery in week via FedEx. So, yes these batteries are expensive but they also come with a four year warranty, so for me it beats buying a knock-off that may or may not last, may not fit or may not haven the proper power output. Also, you can ignore any negative comments about Greenworks customer service as my experience was smooth and painless.

Purchased to give as a gift because my husband has had good experience with this product.

The battery works fantastic. But I didn’t need two and was billed for two. Trying too figure out how to send one back that has a human address.
