Very Disappointed in this machine and poor customer service
I loved this machine for the first 6 months and used it almost daily. Then, it started to leak and leaving streaks of water all over the floor. The squeegee blades have to be replaced every 6 months and are very expensive. It requires daily cleaning to keep it functioning well. I have e-mailed Staplemania several times to get parts and have had no response after the initial order. Very disappointed in this product.
