It's better suited for dogs than cats in my opinion. For cats however, can use it to clean the chin area. Affordable, easy to use, good quality, neatly packaged.

Best thing to get the job done
I bought this to brush my dog's teeth because he felt uncomfortable with the regular dog tooth brush. This causes less irritation for him while also making it easier for us to clean his gums and teeth. Best within this budget. People use this to brush their newborn teeth as well.
