Don't know end result, don't use enough to notice since don't care for the taste. Only using bout 1/8th tsp, 3x day mixed with drinks.

I used this purple potato powder to make ube mochi pancakes. It worked well for that. I like the purple color. This powder is sold by weight and not volume.

I’ve recently been on a ube kick and experimenting with making things with it. So far, I’ve made an ice cream, cupcakes, and smoothies. Between having a halaya, extract, and this powder, I have been trying out which ones or which combinations work best for things. I’m still playing around but this powder has proved very useful to fill the purple sweet potato flavor I’m looking for.
