Amazing, helps heal wounds quickly and stays on several days a at time even through gentle water cleansing. Looks beige in image but pretty much clear on the skin. Highly recommend!

These thin base breathe and do not irritate the skin. If you have problems keeping your osteo bag on these thin base will last up to 5 days. Be sure to use the grease ring on top of thin base, then put the bag base on and then snap on the bag.

My son has had a chronic rash on his lower stomach for years that no cream or prescription has been able to heal. Within a week of wearing the Duoderm his rash was much improved. He would wear it for about 3 days, then take it off, shower, let it dry real good and then apply new patches. It is great that you can cut them to size as his rash was bigger than the patch so he was able to cut another one in half and apply to the parts that the first patch didn't reach. His only complaint was that he did feel irritation while wearing and was unable to scratch. However, the inability to scratch is probably one of the reasons he was able to heal! He eventually started applying his prescription cream on the rash before applying the Duoderm, and he said that seemed to help relieve some of the itching enough so he could sleep. I am not suggesting the Duoderm caused the itching, the rash always itched, but the Duoderm made it an itch he couldn't scratch! Anyway, the results were remarkable, he has had the rash for probably 10 years or more and this is the only product that has ever helped. I highly recommend!

Cuts and scrapes/ anything that's bleeding

We were directed towards duoderm as "the best option" for fighting pressure sores on our daughter's clubfeet - and needless to say...nailed it.The few times we've felt with a stubborn pressure sore that wouldn't go away, pop a patch on, and within 5-7 days the skin is looking clean and healthy!Easy to cut, easy to apply, water resistant. A great product all around!

I bought these because I thought these were silicone strips. They resemble the product, slightly but lack certain benefits.CONS1- The antibiotic content makes them gooey, and they are not reusable. After wearing for a day or two, they disintegrate and leave a thick gummy residue that is hard to get off the skin, and does not lift with the removal of the rest of the product.2- Do not clean the surrounding area without removing this product, as it makes the goo-glue issue worse.3- Not an ouchless bandaid.4- WAIT until you have fully healed (no scabs) before using this product, as it's promise not to peel or lift scabs is a myth. Removed some scabs, when applied early in recovery process (which is what this is marketed for) and delayed healing of that area a little.PROMy cuts were rather thin and long, and these cut pretty well with scissors to fit the scarred area.I made lines, and placed one end at the beginning, ran until material ended, and was able to plaster a second strip above the end of the first to continue the seal.

I use these on my elbows to keep them from getting raw while I’m laying down on my stomach in my hospital bed here at home. I just wish I could get them a little thicker than they are but otherwise they are great.
