I am not a computer person, but what i do know is that this works great. So far i have had minimal issues. And those issues are solved by turning the graphics settings lower. I have played palworld and multiplayer games with zero issue. avatar frontiers of pandora; which is a very large and detailed game, has minor hiccups occasionally. For the price i say its a little powerhouse. For the everyday gamer or maybe home office work, its perfect.

I was pretty excited to get a new gaming computer to set up a driving simulator but this thing has been a disappointment. Everything was smooth with set up and my new monitor but when i went to plug in the steering wheel controller it wouldn’t work. I tried everything with restarting and updating but nothing worked. Decided that the steering wheel was defective. So i decided to plug in my external HD but the computer wouldn’t recognize it. Then i started plugging things into the USB drives and see if anything would work but nothing would come up. For some reason this BRAND new computer has defective USB drivers and anything plugged into them will not work. I’m at a dead end with trying to set up my driving simulator and extremely pissed off with this computer. DON’T BUY IT!!!

Arrived in non-working condition. Could not get past boot screen, could not boot from flash drive. Noticed the power button was easily scratched by normal finger presses. Returned and fully refunded.

I recently purchased this PC to use for work and I have been nothing but impressed. Boot times are insanely fast. Load times for any application are just as quick. Once all of the Windows updates were finished and I updated some AMD drivers, this is now the perfect little computer to use when working remotely. I can’t say enough good things about it. Tons of port capability. Cool RGB light control options. Works flawlessly with Citrix. An amazing value!

I have been using this mini pc since Jan 2024 and it is doing a fine job. Only complaint I have is the Bluetooth is sometimes hit and miss with Windows. If this Bluetooth would work 100% of the time it would be a 5 star machine. Not sure if it is the Windows 11 not working properly. I did do a dual boot system using Linux Mint 23 version and the Bluetooth works better, the "office" programs for Linux are free and are very similar to MS Office so they are easy to use. Overall I am being converted to Linux. I rarely boot up in Windows due to problems and cost of using the various programs, anti virus etc. Doing a dual boot system is straight forward and not hard to do, even for a noob like me.

Very nice little PC. It's quiet, you can turn off the RBG distraction by downloading a driver from their site. CPU,RAM, SSD are all fast. I usually keep it auto mode, plenty of oomph. SSD is easily accessible should I need a bigger one, RAM upgrade options are included, although I think 32GB will be plenty for a good while. Very happy with it.

Super quiet and fast. Plays all my kids games flawlessly. Very easy to set up. Would recommend this pc to anyone.

Can't tell you how irritating tech support is. Windows did not start up properly it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone to help me with the issue. I have sent emails, made phone calls, even broke down and tried to connect with them through WhatsApp. They get back to you when they feel like it and do not wait to see if the solution fixes the issue. This is EXTREMELY frustrating.
