Wow
All my computers are from the early 2000 days. I run Linux on them but they are none the less showing their age. This dell screams compared to them. I can't say enough good about them. The bad is only room for one hard drive. But I knew that when I bought it so nothing negative to say.

For the price, can't really complain
I've purchased 2 of these in the past year- the most recent one I bought May 1st. For the price, they are a no brainer. Great form factor, solid construction, Win11 compatible. The specs more than handle the workload they are used for (running 5 cam BlueIris software + gate applications). The only reason I took a star off was that the last system I received has a SATA SSD and not the advertised M.2 SSD. Not a huge deal unless you are adding another hard drive- which I do for the BlueIris DVR. Since space is limited on these devices, I need to source an M.2 drive so I can put a large SATA HDD where the current SATA SSD is. Just something for future customers to be aware- especially if they are under a time crunch.

Perfect Dell Optiplex
I like buying used Dell Optiplex's. Been doing it for years. This one does not disappoint. I did take out the NVMe that came with it and installed a Samsung NVMe. Thats the way to go. Old SSD will go in my NAS. Its quite, fast and if it breaks. It will be easy for me to fix. This one is going to a Office Manager client. I have ran PCDoctor for hardware. Passed all tests. The cool thing about my unit. It cam with Corsair Vengance memory. Nice upgrade. Very stable memory.

My Experience So Far
This computer is giving me nothing but issues. The main one being that it keeps giving me an error on the hard drive.

Great value.
Running Blue Iris like a champ. Computer was clean, damage free, and had a fresh OS install with no bloat. Recommended.

Not optimal
This refurbished model has a lot of tempermental issues. I find it difficult to reboot or boot up if it has been asleep for a day or two. The connection with the monitor is intact, however, the computer does not boot up when turning it on and off via the main power button. It has to be done several times and I have to unplug and plug in the inputs before it finally boots up again. Also, the mouse connection for some reason is very fidgity and unstable.
